Byron Bay

Byron Bay. It's a chilled out NSW costal town that caters to those of all walks of life. You can be a backpacker, a hippy, a chic traveller, a family, a couple, a businessman and there is so much Byron Bay can offer you. 

The weather in this region is always beautiful too. Mild in the cooler seasons and balmy in the hot ones. Byron is beautiful regardless of the rain, hail or shine.

I think of myself as a mid-range traveller where I do like to indulge when away and here are my must see recommendations for a quick trip to Byron Bay:

STAY: The Byron at Byron https://www.thebyronatbyron.com.au. Now the last time I stayed in Byron, I was on a very special holiday, our baby moon. So we indulged here and went all out with our accomodation. The Byron at Byron is a 45 acre super luxe resort that offers so much, you don't even need to leave the place! My favourite part of the resort (although its hard to pick one), is the walking trail- a boardwalk that winds through the rainforest for a tranquil 10 minute walk to the beach. Between that, the pool reminiscent of a Slim Aarons shot, the free daily yoga classes the and the delicious breakfast, you can't go wrong!

Surfing lessons

Bangalow is about 15 minutes away from Byron and is a strip of unique stores and cafes and is definitely worth spending some time visiting.

Just jump in the car and go for a drive. There are also beautiful towns not far from Byron!
